A large office with an area of ​​2750 square meters was arranged in the old tile factory workshop. The large height of the ceilings made it possible to realize the mezzanine, increasing the usable area by more than 600 square meters. Open space involves the placement of 320 jobs. For comfortable work, there are separate small rooms for 2-4 jobs with soft sofas, 5 meeting rooms for various purposes, a conference room, and a lecture hall. Great attention is paid to living plants. In the common room there are four pergolas, entwined with greenery, many islands with flowerpots, there is even a large winter garden with swings, hanging chairs and benches for relaxation. In general, this office resembles a large space station, on board of which there is everything for fruitful work and good rest – bedrooms, a food zone, a sport zone with showers and changing rooms and its own cafe-bar for parties and atmospheric gatherings. In general, the architects’ plan to create the Space Green Office was successfully implemented. To do this, we used a wide range of diverse materials and paid close attention to every detail so that everything together would please and contribute to the prosperity of the friendly JOOBLE team.
